I used a carpet cleaning service today and I am very happy with how my carpets turned out. I called on a Saturday, and Gregory was able to schedule me for the next day at 10 AM. He even arrived a little early, which was perfectly fine with me. I am usually very skeptical about carpet cleaners and whether they can really remove stains, spills, and traffic lane buildup without pushing extra services I do not need. I spend a lot of time reading reviews and comparing companies before making a choice, so I was careful about who I... read more
This was our first time using American Pride Carpet Service, and after reading so many great reviews, we scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment. Mason and Gregory did an excellent job. They called ahead to let us know they were about 15 minutes away and arrived right on time. They walked us through the carpet cleaning process in simple terms, answered our questions, and made us feel comfortable from the start. They took great care inside our home by setting corner guards in place, being careful around the furniture, and han... read more
Chase was one of the best technicians I could have asked for. He called before arriving, walked through everything with me, and explained each step of the carpet cleaning and related services in simple detail so I knew what to expect. He was polite, careful, and very thorough throughout the visit. Before finishing the last task, he asked me to check the carpeted areas and the other completed work to make sure everything looked right. He paid close attention to detail, kept the work area neat, and cleaned up all of his equipm... read more
Our family has relied on this carpet cleaning service for a long time, and they have always been easy to work with. Gregory handled the scheduling and helped us find a carpet cleaning option that fit our budget. Mason came out for the service and did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets, leaving them fresh, clean, and looking much better. There was one time in the past when we were not fully happy with the carpet cleaning results, but the team responded quickly and sent someone back to re-clean everything until we were... read more
I contacted American Pride Carpet Service for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Douglas came out within a few days to look over the work and explain the cleaning process. He was very polite, on time, and easy to talk with. The estimate and service agreement were sent the same afternoon, which made everything simple to review before moving forward. After I approved the job, Mason and Gregory arrived a few days later to clean the carpets and furniture. They worked hard, paid close attention to detail, and did a very thorough job... read more
