I had used other carpet cleaning services before that advertised discount deals online, but the results did not last and the carpets started looking dirty again soon after. Then I decided to try American Pride Carpet Cleaners after seeing a flyer, and it was absolutely worth it. Their carpet cleaning process left the carpet fresh, clean, and without sticky residue, so dirt does not cling back quickly. The service was very professional from start to finish. They were careful around furniture, baseboards, and walls, and everyt... read more
Updated review: The team reached out and sent Brady back to re-clean the couches, and the follow-up service made a big difference. He understood my concerns right away and gave the upholstery a more thorough second treatment that lifted a lot more soil and spotting. The couches look much fresher now, and the fabric has a much cleaner, more even appearance after the extra upholstery cleaning. It was a rough start, but I really appreciate their effort to make it right and their strong focus on customer satisfaction. Everyone w... read more
We had an awesome experience with their carpet and upholstery cleaning service. We bought a used sectional and knew it needed a deep cleaning, but we did not realize how much dirt and buildup was really in the fabric. Once the cleaning was finished, the difference was amazing. The upholstery looked refreshed, felt much cleaner, and made the whole room seem better. Communication was great from start to finish, and they were able to get us scheduled very quickly. They kept us updated on arrival time, showed up as expected, and... read more
American Pride Carpet Cleaners has been our family’s go-to for carpet cleaning ever since I can remember, and the service has always stayed excellent. They are on time, friendly, careful, hardworking, and reasonably priced. We use their carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and upholstery cleaning services, and the results are always impressive. They also offer rug pickup and delivery for an extra fee, which makes the whole process very convenient. Our upholstered armchairs looked fresh and almost brand new after the cleaning.... read more
Absolutely amazing carpet cleaning service. I got a reminder text about 30 minutes before arrival, and Jordan and Danny finished cleaning two bedrooms and a staircase landing in about 45 minutes. They used very clean equipment and left the place spotless, with no mess at all except freshly cleaned carpet. The old apartment carpet looked much better afterward and smelled fresh with no odors. They were kind, upbeat, and easy to work with, and the whole visit felt professional from start to finish. I would gladly use this carpe... read more
