Update: After I moved into a new place, Wyatt personally came by and helped with the carpet cleaning. I updated my review because I appreciated the extra effort and the way he worked to improve the situation. This was my third time using the service, and I was glad they took time to address my concerns and make the invoice details right. The carpets looked much cleaner, fresher, and better cared for after the visit. I also appreciated the follow-up support and the attention given to resolving communication issues. Great carpet cleaning service from start to finish. Collin arrived right on time and gave me a clear estimate before any work began, and the price was about what I expected. He also explained a few additional carpet cleaning services that could help based on the condition of the carpet, and everything was offered at fair, reasonable rates. There was no pressure, just helpful advice and honest communication. The team came in, treated our home with care, and did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets throughout the house. ... read more
I called to ask about carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning for my home, and the office staff clearly explained the pricing, gave me a quote, and helped schedule an appointment that fit my availability. The whole process was easy and well organized from the start. Wyatt and Collin just finished cleaning my carpet and furniture, and the final cost matched the quote exactly. I was very impressed with how clean and refreshed everything looked when they were done. The carpet came out bright, the upholstery looked great, and th... read more
If I could give American Pride Carpet Cleaners 6 stars, I would. They are wonderful to work with from start to finish. The pickup and delivery team showed up right on time, were very polite, and took extra care when placing the freshly cleaned rug back exactly where it belonged. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, which made the whole carpet cleaning service even better. My favorite cream and light blue Ikat wool area rug looked worn out and I thought it might be beyond saving, but after a deep professional cleaning it lo... read more
Wyatt really knows carpet and upholstery cleaning. He was dedicated, easy to work with, and there were no surprises. I have white couches with hard to clean edges, and after another cleaner could not get them looking right, Wyatt did a great job. My rugs looked beautiful, and he even cleaned my mattress as an extra service. I also had a toilet overflow, and after the plumbers tracked through the area, I wanted the rugs sanitized and refreshed. He took care of it. I pay close attention to detail because I run a non toxic clea... read more
