Only laser touch car wash around
Avoid this place (the drive thru one)! Just got through and aside from doing a terrible job for $17 (the top of my trunk is still dirty) my car now has a long scratch along the driver's side, and my automatic side mirrors are broken. This overpriced wash is going to end up costing me a fortune to repair the damage done. I've been through plenty of automatic car washes and have never had anything like this happen. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
I have a club membership and went through the wash on Saturday only to be told that no spots were available to vacuum and I could not wait for a spot to open. The attendant was gracious and gave cloths to wipe down the car…not there though because again I was not allowed to park anywhere. It would have been nice if customers were told before going through the wash that vacuums may not be available. Then I decided to go back through the wash in hopes that a spot would be freed up. I went to this car wash on 2/26 and used my buy 2 get 1 free coupon for the laser wash. After entering the car wash the automatic dispenser started cleaning the car. After getting midway thru the machine dispenser stopped working and wouldn't restart. The car still needed a final rinse and dry. I tried calling the number but no one answered the phone and no one was on site to assist. Eventually drove off.
