Self service is TERRIBLE! A terrible wash and waste of money. There hasn’t been anyone on duty the last few times I went. It does not give you 5 minutes on the first swipe it gives you 4:30. Then an extra charge for 2 minutes. I’m almost positive the timer counts down faster because it’s the fastest 5 minutes I’ve ever had. The last 2 times I went a siren went off in my bay before I even finished the count down. Not maintained I slipped and almost fell on icey floor in the bay. I won’t be back.

Do NOT buy any future washes or packages. I bought a discounted 2-pack and now the code doesn't work. I called and sent messages via their online form and got no reply at all.

This is the cleanest self-serve car wash I have ever seen! (And I've seen a lot, having lived in many states.)

Machines are faulty. They do not dispense the change after you insert the $20 bills or sometimes takes all the $1 coins and reset unexpectedly. No proper customer support either. Skip it.

Decent touch less wash, but admittedly my car wasn't very dirty. Really annoyed about the lack of advertised amenities. Rags and glass cleaner? Nope. Vacuum? Yes, but it costs extra ($3 for six minutes!) and doesn't have a crevice nozzle. I won't be back.
