Really had a great experience. Came in for a pre-purchase inspection, got a very thorough understanding of the condition of the car. Came back, had the serpentine belt replaced and plan to finish the work there. I really felt I could trust the work and recommendations of the staff, and as a nice aside had a very enjoyable conversation with one of the staff while my car was being worked on. I plan to make American Pride my auto shop for as long as I'm in the area.
