Great Service My agent Lui, which is now the general manager, has made this firm a really great service. They contact you when you need to renew, they help you every step of the way. I will continue to use them and I hope you will as well.
HOMEOWNER They are horrible. Louis, our agent, let our coverage lapse 3 times without telling us and caused our mortgage company to force place insurance into our escrow 3 times within 3 months by not telling us we needed an inspection, then not being honest about correcting the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

We as agents followed up with a number of calls without any success. The responsibility is also shared by the insured to make sure the policy is paid in full and any inspections required by the insurance company is completed on time.
