I have been a client for several years. Customer service has gotten really bad. Calls not returned after several messages left. Long wait for new quote. Have found a new broker that is very good, responsive and helpful.
Not professional No response to your calls I spite having to call them several times and the receptionist or the lady promised to return your calls Inspite being an existing customer . It’s hard to believe the kind of response to your calls or emails
I've known Harold since January 2004 and I just did get a deep cup of ticket everybody's got that always good
