My First Home My wife and I bought our first home last year, and it was definitely a great experience. My American Premiere Home was priced less than some of the bigger builders in the area for comparable sq. footage, but my house wasn't short on character or quality. My experience with the Warranty Dept has also been very positive - very responsive and professional. I hope they build more homes because when I'm ready to upgrade, I will absolutely look to American Premiere first.
