I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience I had with American Power Equipment. I called in the spring to set up a pickup and repair of my snowblower. They told me that they would have to schedule me a few months out because they were focused on lawn mower repair. They got me scheduled for early July. It couldn't have been easier. Great company for all your lawn equipment
We bought our robot mower from American Power Equipment and take it for service there every year. Dave and Mike are extremely customer oriented, always very friendly and their service is out standing!
I mostly dealt with an incredibly kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable man named Mike. Mike was able to schedule and completely explain the process of picking up my lawn mower, repair/maintenance, and drop-off, as well as the pricing. After picking up my old and unresponsive mower and inspecting it, he was honest and upfront with me about not throwing good money after bad.
