The lady that claims she owns the place Nancy rude her idea of so-called tolerating you. Is if you complain about anything and she threatens to not let you have a box with them anymore. Like charging me for a big box but only giving me a small box because supposedly I received too many packages. Then cramming my greeting cards into a little box when I pay for a big one.
