They were very kind but we never spoke directly to Patrica and only spoke to her assistant, who was great, approaching closing they failed to review our documents which delayed our closing, during closing they took longer than normal to review our documents which delayed us then as well. The day before closing at 4pm we received a call to let us know that for our down payment we should go to the bank to make the wire transfer, which may seem like common sense but for first time home buyers it wasn’t.
