We rented a pod when it came it was move stuff in ready. Clean we were very satisfied with the staff. We would recommend this place to others in the future .

I would highly recommend American Portable Storage in Millsboro. Their customer service is top notch. I had to change delivery dates and locations due to a delay and they were very cooperative. They arrived within times stated and there was minimal shifting of goods. I hope to never move again but I would not hesitate to use them again.

Service was horrendous. Made excuses on why they did not show up (truck failure, equipment part was hard to find, and swapping truck) after they called in morning to confirm their arrival time. Then tried to not come later in day by saying that there would be rush hour traffic. We had called several times for the ETA. Then did not level the storage unit and I had to provide the wood after pointing out that it was not level.
