I give them less than 1 star...they are ridiculous to work with, they lie, they do horrible work, they are never on time...never never use them.

If I could give less than one star I would. These people are the worst. They were assigned our claim by my home warranty people. It took them 4 weeks to "fix" the issue that ultimately was not fixed. My husband and I called no less than 8 times, and was told every time they would be calling us back with an update and NO ONE ever did. Plus after speaking to a "manager", we were told they would send someone to clean our pool because the pump had not been working for so long waiting on them. Lance from American Pools sent me a text asking to reschedule our Saturday appointment for Sunday (9am - 11am) so he could finish another job. I agreed. Lance never called me nor did he appear at my house on Sunday. Even worse, he failed to return my text and my voicemail. I rearranged my entire weekend at his request and he no-called; no-showed. Total amateur hour. I will use someone else.
