We signed a contract with ACG in August of 2020 to build a 20x48' gunnite pool, a pool house with a large, covered living area as well as a bathroom and equipment room, a large grilling island, a fire feature, and a custom 9x9' gunnite spa. They broke ground on the project in October of 2020. So far it has not been a pleasant one. Contracted with them in Sept.2020 and only 1 phase of construction has been completed. It has been 5 weeks since the workers left construction materials including pool skimmer , the plans for our project rolled into a pvc pipe and other misc. pieces of wood, rebar and saw horses, that have been exposed to the weather all of this time. Promises of continued progress are contingent of "procurement of materials and supplies." Not to mention a legal matter we are dealing with from one of... read more
