The guy who is wearing the facemask and reddish hair should be fired. Went yesterday to get a 1.5" pvc coupler for my filter. So rude, he wasnt even going to try to find the fitting, he said we close in 20 minutes, after a few choice words he found it on the shelf, was very belligerent, and said I'm not going to refund it if not right!! I will never step foot in your store ever again. He was a total Karen during the whole ordeal. Btw fitting was correct

Originally my experience with this company was excellent. However, after the tub started leaking again, which is the 3rd, maybe 4th time they’ve came out to address various issues, including but not limited to leaks, i was told the “wet end” of the pump needed to be replaced, as it was leaking. This pump, presumably pump 2 on the encore LS, failed due to lack of PH balance. The same pump they replaced 2 years ago because it just plain failed for other mechanical reasons. Went to get a pool pump hose because lowes and walmart was sold out. They had exactly what I needed and for a cheaper price! Friendly staff and quick service!
Very good service , tech very knowledgeable & gave simple instructions on how to use products.
