Not even sure how they were still in business after so many issues. Signed up with them and they started construction on a pool. They didn’t even have the permits to start! Thankfully there is the ROC process. They have many open cases against them and a revoked license. That puts a lot of homeowners in a bind including myself! It’s really sad that they have taken all of this money from people. I know what I’ve paid isn’t the work I’ve gotten. They need to be put out of business for good.
Like someone else said, if there had been honest posts about what a terrible company this was we would have gone with another company to build our pool. From the start it has been unprofessional, shoddy workmanship and the communication is nonexistent! Now they have a revoked license and we, along with several others , are stuck with incomplete projects and struggling to find another company to finish the job.
this company is SO unprofessional and will lie to you. they gave a time frame of when the pool would be done and would keep pushing it because they “didn’t have the material yet” which is bs. i have called multiple times nobody answers, no ones even at the office. but of course they still demand customers to pay more than what they should for their deposit and “materials” that never showed up.
