Initial visit and estimate went very well. Mark was likable and seemed honest. After I signed the contract is when things changed. What was agreed to take a few months, ended up taking over a year. We had so many issues where they didn't finish what they started, left tools and parts laying around, huge messes and parts of the project incomplete.
