Tried opening my mother’s pool without checking if it was ok. Mother passed away a month before and then proceeded to “inform” me that I will never sell the house unless I pay him to open the pool. Very unprofessional owner and whomever is in the office with him. Finally got them to bill the estate after many times explaining how probate actually works.
