Like others I’ve had terrible experiences with the lifeguards they send. Unprofessional, incompetent. One literally didn’t hear me or bother to look up from his phone while I was standing in front of him to ask a question. There were toddlers in the pool at the time.
Most of the lifeguards that work for American Pools are extremely unprofessional … unaware of pool activities, buried in their phones, listening to music when they should be looking out for the welfare and safety of the swimmers. They are consistently tardy for their shifts; it’s a shame that it’s so hard to find decent lifeguards who respect their profession.
