I needed a new liner so called and left a voice mail with full contact information. Waited a week Called and left my contacts information a second time. No response. They are located 5 miles from my home I tried a third time no responce. Looks like real bad customer service. Run a way and don't do business with these people.

Don't use them. They have a F rating from the BBB. Lots of bad reviews. Wish we had known that before we used them. Customer Service is terrible. They use a subcontractor that doesn't stand behind his work. Don't return calls, messages, texts.

I was pleased with the service from American Pool Liners from beginning to end. The salesman was very helpful, the guys who put in the liner were the best, very nice and did a wonderful job. I thank them all for being so nice and helpful.
