This company has been AWFUL! We only had them install a new inground pool liner in 2018 and only 8 yrs later we need a whole new liner. Never mind the fact that the liner FADED within the first 3 years, what is worse was the 2 sharp rocks in the shallow end they put the liner over, and the arduous task of getting someone back to fix it. Two full months of repeated calls made, and two separate no shows! I needed a new liner so called and left a voice mail with full contact information. Waited a week Called and left my contacts information a second time. No response. They are located 5 miles from my home I tried a third time no responce. Looks like real bad customer service. Run a way and don't do business with these people.

Don't use them. They have a F rating from the BBB. Lots of bad reviews. Wish we had known that before we used them. Customer Service is terrible. They use a subcontractor that doesn't stand behind his work. Don't return calls, messages, texts.

I was pleased with the service from American Pool Liners from beginning to end. The salesman was very helpful, the guys who put in the liner were the best, very nice and did a wonderful job. I thank them all for being so nice and helpful.
