I hired this company to install a new pool liner, proactively, in the off-season. I also paid for concrete steps to be installed and for the installers to winterize the pool upon completion. The installation was completed in two days time and the pool was closed. Upon opening the pool in May of this year, it was observed that the pool liner had slipped from it's coping and the warranty specifically covers this issue in the first year.
