So.....The product is beautiful. Looks gorgeous. But when there is a problem due to poor installation, and the warranty is invoked, the company will GHOST you. For THREE MONTHS we are trying to get them to honor the warranty and fix the damage. The owner will avoid you like the plague. We have not had a resolution. Avoid them. There are others, and you cannot do worse than this company.
Taylor came to quote the job and was very informative with the process, how it works and what is included. I felt that I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision. Our team who did the job included Stephanie, Walker and Carly. They worked hard and cleaned up as they went. They were careful of the freshly painted walls and the floor looks great!
