Waking up to find water leaking through the basement ceiling is not the best way to start a day. On the plus side, we did find a great plumber who did great work. American Plumbing Services was quick to respond to our call and resolve the issue. Where we had assumed the leak was occurring in the basement pipes, they were quickly able to resolve that the problem was actually occurring from a pinhole sized leak near the ceiling in our main floor and dripping down from there. Outstanding company and crew! Chad arrived within 30 minutes to fix a dura pex water leak. I asked about getting my house repiped and Chad explained all the details and answered any questions I had. He also helped me out greatly with last minute request, like upgrading to frost free faucets and adding a water filter. Chad and Casey came back out 2 days later and had my entire house repiped before the end of the day and went the extra mile with their work, like adding more accessible shut off valves in my crawl space. Had such an amazing experience with them today. Same day service. Called and sent a text when they were on their way. Educated me along the way, explained my options and completed the work and cleaned up too! Great customer service..Thank-you Tiffany! Chad you were awesome!
