Had a water leak in my garage, turned out to be a major leak in my kitchen, William was so helpful with the process connected me with renovation company to expose leak on kitchen wall and came back to fix leak later the same day.
William is very professional and has a fantastic attitude. I hope he is our repair person each time this was his second visit for a repair that we needed. Hands down a great guy!!!!
William was very helpful. He putting my mind at ease after evaluating the issue.
William was able to squeeze us in the day we called which was very appreciated. He was attentive to the issue we had, being able to find and describe the problem succinctly.
Excellent customer service. Tim responded quickly , same day I called, to assess thr problem Gave me an estimate and William was scheduled to come out the very next day first thing to fix my tub faucet. He explaine everything he was going to do and explained the charges. He finished in an hour and then went over Americans warranty. Also the manufacturers warranty.
