They were very helpful and friendly, very professional. I am thankful they were able to fix my issue.
We were told that a technician would show up sometime during the evening. He never showed, called multiple times and no answer. Once someone did answer I was put on hold and then the line dropped. Terrible customer service, and a waste of time.
This company does not return phone calls I doubt the are very good
Be prepared to pay an astronomical rate. I was charged $250 for 30 minutes of work. Thank goodness it didn't take a whole hour at their rate of $500 an hour. I asked for an itemized receipt and was told that's it. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not a good combination for repeat business.
