Needed immediate help replacing the 1” ball valve that was the shut off valve for the house water supply. Rebecca from the office replied with assurance that they could response almost immediately. Plumber Matt Mackeown called me with a half hour ETA. MATT SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. Matt was professional and very pleasant to deal with. 45 minutes later, we had Water!
