Not a trustworthy company. Not sending qualified employees! Had a toilet that would run on and off, 2 of their employees came and replaced a fill valve and tank seal. I am thinking it just needed a new flapper, but he one installed is not a simple one!The toilet still runs on and off by itself, so they came back and replaced something else. I asked for a sump pump install. They sent someone to do a quote. They told me once I had the downspouts cleaned this would resolve the water coming into my basement floor. After the downspouts were cleaned. They then came back and told me I did need a sump pump. They offered no credit towards the services I originally requsted. Even though they were wrong and there was no issue with the downspouts. These were even eliminated and not in use. They then wanted to charge me again for the sump pump install.
