I called American plumbing and heating and they were able to get me on their schedule very quickly. I’m grateful for their speedy and expert service.
You charged me $800 and the Swamp cooler is still not working. My house is at 82°. It’s 7 o’clock at night. I also have not received an invoice. You also showed up three hours early on the first day and I had to leave work. You gave no warning and you really don’t seem to care.
Service provider was professional and knowledgeable. Issue with our air conditioner was quickly resolved and no pressure to add additional services.
Scheduling was very easy. Bryce was great and fixed our issue like a true professional.
