Mr. Demann listened to my plumbing issue and was transparent in the cost of the proposed treatment. He was in time, did the job and did not leave a mess.
American Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical was very professional start to to finish. The communication from the office staff to the plumber was amazing. I received notifications before the visit, and a call directly from the plumber when he was about 20 minutes away. He very me a very clear explanation as to what was wrong, and thoroughly cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend this company!
Mason was transparent concerning all the work he did, we discussed ideas and agreed on the solution to the problem prior to him beginning. At any time that there were concerns or a change of plans he kept me informed and was very professional. I would strongly recommend American to anyone looking for heating and cooling service!
