This place is a JOKE! Home insurance made appointments with this place bc our hot water heater kept turning off. The employee (mike I think his name is was) that came to look at it had no idea what he was doing. He ended up doing nothing and Critiquing other things wrong with my home on his way out. He told me a part was missing that I needed to buy myself and my insurance company would not cover. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!!!Company is terrible. They have no communication skills. Tech made excuses time after time and didn’t fix my issue after coming out multiple times. Good luck trying to get a hold of them. They never answer the phone.
I was very satisfied with Steve and his assistant on giving me the information I needed to make a decision on the work that would be needed to fix my problem. I will be calling them back.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AHS ( they're another issue) assigned this conoany to give a second opinion on my duct work. Let me start from the beginning. I had issues with airflow in certain rooms of the house so I knew something wasn't right but just hadn't done anything just yet.
