I’ve worked with Rich several times, and he’s always friendly, honest, professional, and reliable. When I called about a shower drain issue, he walked me through a fix over the phone, saving me money. He responds to calls and texts promptly, explains your options clearly, and takes the time to address questions before starting the job. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism.
