Thought I needed an emergency service for an outside leak but Rich asked me to send a picture of the pipe setup. He identified the issue was originating from the irrigation line and the leak stopped. This all happened late in the evening. Great job and definitely recommend.

Love American Plumbing! We had a sewer order coming into the home and called American to solve our problem. They knew exactly what to do and guided us thru a difficult process of dealing with the problem. They recommended we use a locating service to find our outside clean outs and to perform a smoke test. Once complete the odor source was found by the smoke test and the same day American sent a technician out and Fixed the problem. Outstanding service in every way. After my water heater broke, I contacted Rich from American Plumbing and Rooter. Very glad I did and it was a great experience. After quick, responsive communication, he installed the new one the next morning. Installation was smooth, efficient and very professional. Rich even took the time to review a few basic maintenance points to hopefully extend the life of the new unit. Of course I plan on using them for future plumbing needs.

I have used this company a few times now for a new toilet install and today to fix / replace a broken bath tub faucet and shower head. They showed up on time and got right to work and were done quickly so I could go about my day. their prices are super fair! Even suggested I go buy parts myself to save some money and helped me pick out the right fixtures we needed to make sure we had the right parts. All around great service and communication.
