Called this crew out to fix a blockage in my pipes and after snaking my drains for 3 and a half hours finding no blockage on my end we called our water company to find out it was on their end in my neighbors yard. American plumbing basically told me to let my waste and shower water run down my yard till my water company fixes the problem and charged me 930 dollars for nothing. I highly recommend finding someone else to do your plumbing.
After dealing with another company for a week of technicians being no shows I called American Plumbing for a leaking hot water heater. I literally called on a Thursday afternoon and Larry and his assistant Seth were here on Friday morning at 9am! After 3 hours my water heater was replaced and hooked up! They were both friendly, easy to communicate with and completely respectful of my home. I appreciated both of them so much after me being completely aggravated and frustrated the prior week.
