Possibly the worst contractor we've ever dealt with. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional. At times, it seemed they had little understanding of what actually needed to be done. The technician left, saying he would get back to me, but never did. When I called the owner, instead of addressing the issue, he was rude and spent time lecturing me about what type of faucet I should have installed. ZERO STARS! This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor—from the moment my claim was processed until now - with a threat to put a lien on my home. This company was the only contractor offered through my home warranty provider. The warranty covered both the water heater and labor, but was told there would be an additional $300 charge to be paid directly to the contractor for supposedly necessary work to move electrical and water lines. After heavy rain, our main sewer line let us know there was a huge blockage that flooded water from our basement's main drain.
