I went to this business to purchase a play set. This business now mainly does pet grooming and boarding. The place is disgusting with dog hair,dust, and dander covering a few overpriced swing sets. Don't waste your time. Go to Tree Frogs Wooden Swing Set Factory - Tucson.
Had a great experience buying accessories for my secondhand Rainbow play set, until they failed 2 and 3 years later. For the first failure (a buoy ball), Rainbow corporate honored the warranty and replaced it, but the next year would not replace a Sky Curve swing which failed after 3 years. It was supposed to be under warranty for 5 years, but because that brand new Sky Swing accessory was hung from the beam of a used Rainbow play set no longer under warranty, rather than from the beam of a new Rainbow set that is under warr... read more
Very nice, very awful
Had a great sales experience with Craig, the owner! We did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding on a Rainbow Play Structure. We were sold on the fact that they are solid systems, and American Play System offered us a great installation price. We started to think we could purchase a a system on line and hire someone to put it together, but then we read nightmares about people trying to do that with their on-line purchase, and decided it was worth having expert delivery and set up.
