Avoid this company like the plague. Called to get lamp parts plated. They said no problem, and to send them in. I Fedex’ed the parts and waited about a month. After not hearing back, I tried calling for weeks with no answer, and their messages were full, so I couldn't leave a message. After about 8 months, I tried calling again, and by a miracle, someone answered the phone. American Plating is the best in my opinion... I've brought several things to them to get professionally polished and they have ALWAYS! excited my expectations... Great company, owner and staff. I will continue to use and refer them to anyone that I know that needs polishing or plating services to be done. Great job guy's!!!
