I recently purchased a laser and didn't know exactly what I needed. I went to American Plastic and Joe was super helpful and informative. He gave me a pamphlet of safe materials to use with my laser. Explained some of the different materials they offer and gave me a great price on some as well. I appreciate the one on one customer service and will be a regular customer moving forward.

I met Joe today at American Plastics in Columbus Ohio. I was greeted warmly and immediately could tell that he was there to help. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed, but Joe patiently explained the options and solved my problem instantly. He also gave me some additional suggestions to help further my project. Joe is a true pro and a genuinely kind and helpful person. I will definitely use this company again. Thanks Joe!!

I have no complaints with my order for an acrylic/plexiglass pet play pen. Joe was incredibly kind and insisted on carrying the order to my car for me as the order was heavy.
