Beyond impressed with American Plastic Distributers. Joe was exceptionally helpful in custom creating a fire pit cover. The shape of the fire pit is oval, and after calling three other places who said it could not be done, Joe said no problem. He created it extremely fast meaning in just a few hours after I brought him the pattern and the price was extremely fair. I recently purchased a laser and didn't know exactly what I needed. I went to American Plastic and Joe was super helpful and informative. He gave me a pamphlet of safe materials to use with my laser. Explained some of the different materials they offer and gave me a great price on some as well. I appreciate the one on one customer service and will be a regular customer moving forward.
I met Joe today at American Plastics in Columbus Ohio. I was greeted warmly and immediately could tell that he was there to help. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed, but Joe patiently explained the options and solved my problem instantly. He also gave me some additional suggestions to help further my project.
