Why have a number if not even on service? Why bother to pay a bill if they can’t first bill my insurance?
Don’t bother going here. Colby and my nurse were good. No complaints there. They followed protocol and treated me for pneumonia and sent me home. This is where it takes a turn. The remaining staff are like a recording… if you’re not better in three days then come back for follow up. When I tell that that Im WORSE AND CANT BREATHE she only keeps repeating- come back in 3 days. I call back later to ask to talk to Dr or nurse. Was told same thing. Come back in 3 days. Horrible practioner (I am an RN) the practioner, should not be one! Gave tordol to a CKI patient. The ED sent my bill to the insurance company, APP, sent their bill straight to collections! My 2insurances didn't receive a bill and neither did I. Called APP, was told they would pull the bill from collections, and they never did.
Unhelpful customer service.
If you receive a bill from this company, do NOT pay it without first verifying with your insurance company that they submitted a claim and followed it through to completion. I figured out something was shady when they billed me for two separate er visits within a few weeks of each other and made the same supposed "clerical errors" both times, with oddly identical bills for both dates I was in the er.
