I have been bring my Rhino to The Pet Spa for about a year. Rhino gets a bath every 6 weeks or so. He always smells great and they even brush his teeth. I recently boarded him and he had a bloody stool. They immediately called me and took him to the Vet. They kept me updated and he cleared up before I returned from my vacation. I was thrilled with the staffs attention to him and his health. Thank you for taking such good care of Rhino!

We just moved here from out of town. We boarded our dog & cat while we were out of the country. The place is amazing. We will be back!

I drive from Gainesville to bring my dogs here. The grooming staff is outstanding. Morena is my Groomer. She is incredible. I have boarded my dogs here and the staff is loving and kind. I have been a customer for about two years and have been to many other places and very unhappy until I found American Pet Spa & Resort.

I used to take my dog to Petsmart,they are ok. A friend recommended this place, and from the first time we came here we fell in love. The people who work there are passionate, and love on the animals. My dog was taken out for walks, play time & pool time! She absolutely LOVES it! And every time she comes home from her stay, she's tired from all the fun she's had. The owner cares so much for all the animals and their owners. WOW is all I can say!!!! – Wow is all I can say. The place is amazing and the staff is loving and caring. My dog Brute has been going to this place for 5 years. He gets groomed and stays for boarding when I travel. I have never had any concerns or issues and when Brute had a bladder infection they called me and took him to the vet. Bobby is kind and has always greeted me with a smile and asks me every time how his staff is treating me and how my experience was. The place is amazing!

We couldn't imagine boarding our dogs with anyone else. Their love for animals and care of them makes any boarding decisions a "no-brainer." An Old-west theme and incredible accommodations makes for an incredible experience for our babies and peace of mind for us. Also, as a side note. Many people don't realize but American Pet Spa & Resort also run a (or the owners do) a non-profit farm animal rescue called Ranch Hand Rescue. This place is like disneyland for Dogs – This is the finest boarding facility we have ever been too. Incredible customer service, and my 3 labs just love going there. Lot's of activities for them, and they love the pools. They have a wonderful loving staff and the place is immacculate. We have been customers for over two years and have total confidence in them.
