These guys are to be avoided at all costs. Their work is subpar, and they will only come out and fix it if you haven't paid them in full. They did my asphalt drive AND concrete porch TWICE. On the second go around, the asphalt is passable but still has footprints, rough areas, and a dip right outside of the garage door that holds a big puddle of water across the whole garage front. Reached out to this company hoping to get a quote on a driveway extension. I explain to the gentlemen on the phone a rough idea of the work I was looking for. I then received a quote via email based on him reviewing my property from google maps. If you don't have the time to "waste" on residential customers just say that on the phone. If you do business with this company...good luck is all I can say.
This company is very responsive and honest. I have a property management company in Hardin county and we have worked together on several jobs. Very professional. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work American Paving!
Would have given less if I could. Called them to come out and to look at some damage to my culvert and give me a price to fix it. Never showed up or even called. I call them and they say that they are not going to take my project. Piss poor customer service. Do not use them!! This is a reply to your reply. My complaint is that you agreed to come and look at my driveway and said you would stop by over the weekend. Not once did you mention that you don’t do driveways.
