On my way to work on 6-23-26 at 8:50 am, I entered Hwy 60 in Rogersville. I was in the usual lane and observed ahead of me several dumptrucks and a truck with a paving machine on the trailer. As I approached, I decided to get in the left lane to pass the multiple trucks. I passed 2 dump trucks and the third one whipped into the left lane right in front of me, no turn signal and proceeded to pass the truck hauling the paving machine. Dump truck back not covered with load in back on James River Freeway at 60/65 exchange in Springfield, MO. Traffic was dodging the flying asphalt /rocks from their truck. I now have large crack in my windshield. The owner told me “too bad” and laughed. Said “good luck getting that fixed” but he would not be doing. MO requires covering on roadways and it was not.
