We called to make our reservation. We were told it had 2 steps to get inside. I am disabled and always have to double check everything. We had not stayed at this resort before. Been coming for over 20 years every year, sometimes twice. I can't walk at all without my walker and I use a scooter. Speaking to the woman at the management company she told us it was right off the parkway. No scary roads to worry about. She said the cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The people and staff are amazing and very informative. We had 4 adults & 7 kids stayed in Bearfoot Paradise cabin and had plenty of room. Cabin was very clean and in a nice location. I would definitely recommend these people and will be making future reservations with them.
We originally planned to stay in Gatlinburg at a "hotel". It was a disaster from the moment we walked in. I immediately started looking for a cabin to rent last minute. The issue is most places don't let you check in with in 24 hours or less. I contacted American Patriot Getaways and the person I worked with was fantastic! I really wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out. Great trip for our 20th Anniversary, we even brought our children.
Very beautiful cabin! Loved the view and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Not too difficult to navigate the roads leading to it. The cabin was clean and check in/check out was very easy. Will definitely return
