I have never given anybody a bad review. However, this time, I have to give this company one star. I called on Friday (4/19) for a part and was quoted $75. I went to "American parts center" on Saturday (4/20). When I arrived, there was no customer. I spoke to their boss lady, she told me that the cost of the part is $100, not $75. Fortunately, I took a picture of the Facebook chat I had with one of their sales on Friday, which shows as $75. Then the lady said, "For $75, I can't get the part ready today. Muy buen atendimiento por el personal que esta en en patio, los mecanicos, pero la señora Betty, que esta al frente, ni atendia a uno, y despues de esperar unos 15 minutos pues estaba hablando por telefono, se molesto y queria cobrar bien bien caro por una pieza incompleta, pues claro ella ni salio de la oficina a ver la pieza y dio precio a ciegas.
