UPDATE it appears that the new crew has went down hill and now has become even more sorry than the first bunch! Been calling since 0900 hrs and the phone rings until it will not ring any longer! I called back 10 times finally answered was to be transferred but was hung up on! Now after 10 more calls with the phone ringing until it stops rigging and gives a busy signal. ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON’T LET ME LEAVE ZERO! At this point I wouldn’t trade nickels with this place, all based on the customer service, or rather lack of, from Kayla Harris. I reached out on 6/2/26 to initiate opening a savings account and/or a small personal loan, which I told to the receptionist who answered the phone. She explained Kayla Harris would be the one to handle my needs, but she was currently gone to lunch.
