Called to ask about a product that I mentioned I had a hard time finding on their site, was mocked by Shirley with giggles as if asking if they carry a specific paper product was outlandish at a store called 'PAPER & Twine'. Can't imagine why the paper industry is dying when they offer amazing customer service like this interaction... in case you're curious, I was asking about 11x17 brown cardstock.. she has no idea if they do or have ever carried it before and didn't offer to find out.
