We absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Our son started taking karate classes at age 3! It keeps him focused and disciplined. They have the patience needed to ensure safe practices and enjoyment! Our daughter also started MMA about 2 months ago and she is learning so much more than just self defense! Coach Matt and Coach Austin are phenomenal and allows our daughter to practice in a controlled environment. Could not recommend this place more!! Bring your kids. You have the opportunity to surround yourself in culture and structure provided by some of the country's top instructors. The academy has positive generational experiences and top notch delivery.

My daughter is 3 almost 4 and is in their toddler class. They do such a good job with the kids and really care about them. Its teaching them good discipline and how to follow instructions. She has gotten a yellow tip on her belt and she practiced for weeks for it. I love that they are teaching them how to work towards goals at a young age. She loves it and has so much fun.

My granddaughter is gaining confidence and learning so much. Affordable with a great staff. Highly recommend
