Horrible experience working in there, got sick with lupus and they did not care, even with medical excuse!! They fired me, and the front desk lady called Carrol is a very rude person, HR don’t care about you or what you go through!! And the over time is mandatory working there got me sick, the foam gets you sick, there’s sharp corners everywhere!! Not safe at all!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Working at American Panel was one of the most disheartening experiences of my professional life. Despite what they portray, the culture is incredibly fake — filled with two-faced behavior and empty concern. They put on a front like they care, but behind closed doors, it’s all about appearances and politics. Even worse, they treat their factory employees with complete disregard.
