Dr. Powell was helpful and gave me 2 months of pain relief. I was trying to schedule the same procedure but his front office staff, Danielle, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She would not give me a quote/estimate before my services. She had extreme attitude with me because I had simple questions trying to understand how much out of pocket I might be charged. Never rushed, always willing to help. Whole office staff is good and helpful
Very Unhappy about Dr Powell decision to let me goes as a patient if he would ask my about the test results he would gotten that I was very sick and in hospital for 3 weeks, then 2 weeks and a week right before Christmas. But have a new back Dr that is very good and understanding with me and we get along great
