Typical mortgage company. Asking for documents just before closing and demanding them that day. We were fighting a tax lien that we were told wouldn't be a problem with closing and closed on the loan after putting down a sizable down payment. We were immediately called or text daily relentlessly about the lien asking for updates and were told that our loan was classified as a 'dirty loan' despite us making our first payment without issue.
