Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire loan process. He went the extra mile to take care of his customer. With the help of his team the entire process was as smooth as possible. I will be recommending the APM team to friends and family.
Poor communication throughout and provided incorrect information, such as the wrong amount to bring to closing. I had to google the jargon he only speaks in just to have a general idea what I was signing. There’s some stuff he had me sign I’m still not sure what it was. He also didn’t tell me the appraisal for the loan had been done and there were issues the lender was requiring to be fixed before closing (we were buying as/is and this could have cost us our home.
