Apparently this company filed for bankruptcy, however they are still taking people's money. Once you place your order and make a payment, you'll never be able to contact them again. Please do not order from this company.
Complete scam. Worked with Carlos Gudino to order a new garage door and opener. No mention of bankruptcy on their side. Put a deposit of about $2500 and was told 15 weeks. He also said they only accepted check which we thought was sus, but they seemed on the up and up. There was no mention in the reviews of bankruptcy when we cut the order either. Fast forward to 13 weeks later and we start reaching out for an update. Every phone number is disconnected. Carlos cell goes to VM and then hangs up. No replies to any emails. Than... read more

Filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy September 2023. This allows them to stay in business and take your money. Don't expect to get a door. Hundreds of people have been cheated out of their deposit so far!
